Apr 25, 2019  If your going to tune a turbo bike by yourself and have a power commander and auto tune you should buy the pod 300. The pod 300 lets you data log. You will want to data log you wot pulls and your cruise to make sure everything is tuned. On a turbo bike I would add fuel in before even tuning. Mar 12, 2013  Mud & dust resistant Power Commander 5 and Autotune install I had to pull my seat out and thought I would take some pictures of my install, didn't know where to post them, but thought this might be the most appropriate section. I used a Plano box from the fishing section at Walmart.

'Well, how does it work and what does it do for me?' We have taken virtually the same technology that our patented Tuning Link dynamometer software (for automated Dyno tuning) uses, along with Bosch Wide Band O2 sensors and miniaturized it to be used on your bike, ATV, or UTV, while you ride. Once installed, the Auto Tune kit monitors the fuel mixture (by installing the included Wide Band O2 sensor in the exhaust). It then sends this information to the Power Commander V and automatically corrects it while you ride. Each map that we offer has preset Air/Fuel ratio values included that we find to be the best overall settings. This lets you simply plug in the unit and let it do the work. For Harley Davidson models we even monitor and adjust each cylinder individually for increased precision as on these models required fueling can vary significantly between the front and rear cylinder. For advanced users that would like to change the Air/Fuel ratios from our baseline they are fully adjustable. Each throttle opening/RPM combination is individually adjustable, so that you can have both fuel economy, during cruise, while maintaining peak output at larger throttle openings. For most models of bikes it is also possible to adjust the Air/Fuel ratios 'per gear'. This gives you total control of the fueling in every gear and throttle/RPM area if required. The Auto Tune kit can be configured to run and correct at all times or by using the 'map switch port' on the PCV. You can set it up so that you can switch back and forth between the tuning modes and the base map settings. You can also configure the Auto Tune kit to wait until the bike is at a certain operating temperature before beginning to make adjustments.

  1. Sep 06, 2014  Dynojet Auto Tune Kit for Power Commander and Power Vision. Once installed, the Dynojet Auto Tune Kit constantly monitors your bike’s air/fuel mixture from your exhaust gases and sends this information to your Power Commander V. Then, the Dyno Jet Autotune automatically makes corrections to the air and fuel ratio based your current map.
  2. May 13, 2012  I put my Muzzy sport exhaust and Autotune on today. I had to buy another roll of heat wrap and still was a little short. I was two springs short also. On the Autotune when I plug the computer in to the PC5 everything is working but the autotune is not on. It took me a long time to get the display set up. The Dynojet maps are pretty spot on.
  3. May 28, 2014  I noticed in the Auto Tune Configuration by default it's setup to 1 (one) O2 Sensor, I see it as 1 (one) O2 sensor in all videos too, but we have 2 (two) O2 sensors in our exhausts. My Bassani Road Rage also has two of them, is there a reason to have the configuration setup at one or should I switch it to two? Power commander tools.
